| 摘 要： | 使用“容量稀释标记技术”，用１２５Ｉ白蛋白作标记物，应用生物液体力学及药物代谢动力学的方法，在动物体内研究高渗透析保留４小时的透析周期内，腹腔内液体容量，腹腔淋巴回流，跨毛细血管超滤，大小分子物质的运转规律及居间关系，结果对腹透失超滤状态提出了新的逻辑思维程序。

| Abstract: | ranscapillary ultrafiltration (TCUF), peri-toneal lymphatic flow (Lf), different molecularweight mass transport across peritoneum have beeninvestigated in New Zealand White Rabbits (n=10)with 4. 25% dextrose during 4 hr dwell times peri-toneal dialysis (PD). Indictor dilution technique withradiolabelled is5Ialbumin (RISA) for marker wasused to caculate intraperitoneal solution volume(IPV), peritoneal lymphatic flow. Glucose andRISA transport across the peritoneum also werestudied. Kinetics rnathematical modeling was appliedto describe the changes of fluid and solutes. Rela-tionship between fluid and solute transport were re-searched. A logical flowchart is introduced in the di-agnosis of ultrafiltration failure in PD in view of theknowledge about the kinetics of fluid and solutetransport across perltoneum. |
