布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入对院前COPD急性发作的应用

目的：探讨院前急救中COPD 急性发作应用布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化治疗效果.方法：将110 例院前急救的COPD 急性发作患者随机分为两组.在常规处理的基础上,观察组采用布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗;对照组单用复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,观察两组治疗前及治疗30 min 后症状缓解时间、血氧饱和度、不良反应等.结果：两组治疗后均能在30 min 内症状缓解,但观察组缓解时间较对照组快（P〈0.05）,治疗30 min 后血氧饱和度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且观察组不适反应较少.结论：布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗COPD 急性发作期起效较快,应用方便,操作简单,不良反应少,安全可靠.

Research of Budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol Inhalation on Acute Exacerbation of COPD

Objective ： To explore in pre-hospital emergency COPD acute onset of budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide aerosol treatment effect. Methods ： 110 cases of pre-hospital emergency COPD patients with acute onset were divided randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of the conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with budesonide and compound ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation. The control group only was treated with compound ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation. Treatment in the two groups were observed before treatment and after 30 minutes to symptom relief, oxygen saturation, adverse reaction. Results ： The two groups after treatment could get in 30 minutes the remission of symptoms, but the observation group relief time was earlier than that of control group（P〈0.05）, 30 minutes after treatment with oxygen saturation had significant difference（P〈0.05）, and the observation group discomfort reaction was less. Conclusion ： Budesonide and compound ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation in treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD has fast effect, convenient application, simple operation, and fewer adverse reactions, which is safe and reliable.
