| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药包热敷对术后胃肠恢复的临床疗效。方法：随机将120例妇科术后患者分为两组（治疗组和对照组）,对照组60例采用术后常规治疗方法,治疗组60例在采用术后常规治疗方法的基础上加用加味小茴香热敷腹部,比较两组术后胃肠恢复的效果。结果：治疗组胃肠功能恢复时间明显短于对照组。结论：加味小茴香热敷对促进术后胃肠功能恢复效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe clinical curative effect of hot compress on postoperative gastrointestinal recovery.Methods ： 120 cases of gynecological surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was cured with conventional postoperative treatment while the treatment group was cured with hot compress of flavored cumin on the base of conventional postoperative treatment, then to compare recovery effects of the two groups. Results ： The treatment group recovered significantly faster than the control group. Conclusion ： Hot compress of flavored cumin has sound effects on postoperative gastrointestinal recovery. |
