探讨早期康复护理对针灸治疗周围性面瘫的影响

目的：探讨早期康复护理对针灸治疗周围性面瘫的影响。方法：选取本院2009年1月-2011年12月112例周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组、观察组各56例，对两组患者的总有效率，痊愈时间，治疗前及治疗后1、2、3周的Portmann评分，治疗费用进行比较。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，痊愈时间短于对照组，治疗后1、2、3周的Portmann评分优于对照组，观察组治疗费用明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：早期康复护理可改善针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者的综合疗效，同时节省患者费用。

The Impact of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Acupuncture Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective：To investigate the impact of early rehabilitation care on acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods：112 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were taken as study objects from January 2009 to December 2011.All cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 56 cases in each group.The total effective, heal time, Portmann score before treatment and 1, 2and 3 weeks after treatment, treatment costs were compared.Results： The total efficiency of the observation group were higher than that in the control group , healing time is shorter than the control group , Portmann score, I, 2 and 3 weeks after treatment than the control group , the treatment costs of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group , respeetively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Early rehabilitation care can improve efficacy of acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, and save treatment costs .
