| 摘 要： | 目的研究降糖胶囊对糖尿病（DM）大鼠糖代谢指标的影响。方法链脲佐菌素腹腔注射大鼠建立糖尿病模型，予降糖胶囊、格列齐特灌胃治疗。对照观察药物对DM大鼠血糖、胰岛素水平及糖化血红蛋白的影响。结果DM大鼠血糖、糖化血红蛋白升高，胰岛素水平降低。降糖胶囊治疗后有明显缓解。结论糖尿病大鼠存在明显糖代谢紊乱，降糖胶囊对DM模型大鼠糖代谢具有良好的调节作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the regulating effects of Jiangtang capsule on sugar metabohsm of Diabetic rats models. Methods DM rats models was established by intropertioned injection of STZ.The diabetic rats were treated with condensed liquor of JT and Gliclazide respectively through tube feeding.The influence of different medicines on blood sugar, insulin and GHb was observed. Results Blood sugar, insulin and GHb of the model DM rats are significantly higher or lower than normal group.After the therapy of JT,the abnormal condition relieved markedly. Conclusion The results suggested that diabetic rats had clearly sugar metabolism disorder. JT capsule can modulate effectively the sugar metabolism of DM model rats. |
