椎弓根钢板的临床应用

摘    要:本文报告椎弓根钢板临床应用9例,其中胸腰椎骨折12例,腰椎椎弓崩裂并滑脱2例。对其手术操作和初步临床结果进行了研究分析。强调对上部压缩超过50%的椎体,椎弓根螺丝钉钻孔点的选择要高于正常椎体的钻孔点,钻孔方向向前下方倾斜一定角度。避免了椎弓根钉钻入椎间隙,正确的进入被压缩的椎体。达到了椎弓根钢板内固定坚强可靠、稳定脊柱的目的。

Abstract:Operative procedure and preliminary clinical results of internal fixation of 9 cases of pedicle screw plating were studied and analyzed. Seven. cases of them were acute thoracic and Lumber spine injuries. Two cases of them were spondylaisthesis. When upper part of the vertebra is compressed over 50 percent the location of drilling holes should be highter than that of the normal vertebra, direction of drilling holes should be a little anteriorinferlor.So the pedicle screw enters compressed vertebral body correctly.The purpose of firm interal fixation and stablization may be gained.
