| 摘 要： | 目的:研究乳腺鳞状细胞癌临床病理特点。方法:观察6例乳腺鳞状细胞癌的临床病理特点。结果:光镜下对6例乳腺鳞状细胞癌作了描述,在组织病理学特征方面,有3例见到囊肿变化和末端导管鳞状细胞癌改变,并非由肿瘤中心坏死所致。结论:该肿瘤可能由导管上皮化生转化而来。

| Abstract: | Objective :To study the clinicopathologic characteristics of squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)of the breast. Methods :Six cases with SCC of the breasts were observed on histopathological characteristics. Results :The light microscopic findings of these six cases of SCC of the breasts were described.In histopathological characteristics,there were three cases with prominent cyst changing in the lesions of SCC,while the cysts were not formed by the central necrosis of SCC of the breasts and terminal ducts of SCC of breasts were found. Conclusion :SCC of breasts may be originated from metaplasia of ductal epithelium of the breast. |
