某市54年间流行性乙型脑炎发病情况分析

[目的]了解杭州市1952～2005年以来流行性乙型脑炎（以下简称乙脑）的发病情况,为分析杭州市乙脑发病特点及流行规律,进一步完善免疫策略,有效控制乙脑发病提供科学依据。[方法]利用传染病报告系统报告数据,分析杭州市乙脑流行病学特征。[结果]杭州市乙脑发病率从20世纪70年代开始呈大幅度下降趋势,到20世纪90年代已降到﹤1/10万,2000年以后发病率降到﹤0.2/10万。县区发病高于市区,发病呈明显的季节性,主要集中在6、7、8、9 4个月,占总发病人数的98.53%,93.35%病例为﹤15岁儿童。[结论]降低乙脑的发病率应降低乙脑疫苗的初免年龄,提高接种率,采取灭蚊、防蚊为主的综合性预防措施。

ANALYSIS ON EPIDEMIC ENCEPHALITIS B IN HANGZHOU DURING 1952-2005

[Objective]To study the epidemical situation of Epidemic Encephalitis B during the recent half-century in Hangzhou,provide scientific evidences for improving immunization strategy and effectively controlling Epidemic Encephalitis B.[Methods]The data from NNDRS(National Notifiable Disease Reporting System)were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of Epidemic Encephalitis B.[Results]The morbidity of Epidemic Encephalitis B appeared downtrend from the 1970s,which was below 1/100 000 in the 1990s and below 0.2/100 000 after 2 000.The incidence rate in urban areas was higher than in suburb areas.The seasonal incidence of Epidemic Encephalitis B was mainly from June to September,and the incident cases during this period accounted for 98.85% of total cases.93.35% of the cases were children under 15 years old.[Conclusion]Decreasing first vaccinated age,improving vaccination rate,adopting comprehensive measures for mosquitoes prenvention and control should be taken to reduce the incidence rate of Epidemic Encephalitis B.
