| 摘 要： | 目的了解湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州年龄≥35岁居民健康危险行为的状况,为预防各种慢性病的发生提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样,从该地区7个县(市)中随机抽取6个县(市)年龄≥35岁居民1 249人行为进行调查。结果同时具有3种以上健康行为的人占55.9%,而同时具有5种健康行为的人仅占1.4%。结论恩施土家族苗族自治州中老年居民各项健康行为状况欠佳。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status of risk behaviors among middle-aged and eldly people in Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture,Hubei province.Methods A cross-sectional study using questionnaire on status of health behavior was conducted among 1 249 local residents aged 35 and above.Results Comprehensive analysis showed that 5 types of health-related behaviors occurred only in 1.4% of the residents.More than 3 types of behaviors occurred in 55.9% of the residents.Conclusions The status among health behaviors of middle-aged and eldly people in Enshi Tujia autonomous prefecture were not very well. |
