摘    要:
消化道是体内多脏器的管状组合,在体内组成、结构、功能复杂,在受到损伤时也表现出的不同特征。药物导致的消化道损伤因损伤发生的具体部位、细胞种类、损伤程度、标志物类型而异。组织、细胞标志性酶活性评价是表征消化道损伤最简单有效的方法。但是,这些标志物常常会因体内基础疾病导致的代谢紊乱而发生变化,进而影响损伤评价的准确性。只有深刻了解损伤机制,才能做到消化道损伤的准确与稳定性评价。本文综述了消化道的组成、结构、以及因代谢紊乱诱发损伤标志物变化对损伤评价产生的影响。

Abstract:
The digestive tract is a tubular combination of multiple organs in the body,with complex composition,structure and function,and different characteristics in case of injury.The injury of digestive tract caused by drugs varies with the specific site,cell types,damage degree and marker types.Evaluation of tissue and cell marker enzyme activity is the simplest and most effective way to characterize the damage of the digestive tract.However,these markers are often changed due to metabolic disorders caused by in vivo underlying diseases,thus affecting the accuracy of injury assessment.Only by deeply understanding the injury mechanism can we achieve the accurate and stable evaluation of digestive tract injury.This paper reviews the composition and structure of digestive tract,and the impact of changes in injury markers induced by metabolic disorders on injury evaluation.
