| 摘 要： | 目的:研究黄芪对免疫功能的调节作用,探讨其调节机体免疫功能的机理.方法:通过灌胃给药,建立免疫抑模型,测定黄芪对巨噬细胞、IL-2的影响.结果:黄芪水煎液能够增强小鼠腹腔MФ吞噬鸡红细胞功能,低、中剂量可促进IL-2生成,高剂量抑制IL-2生成.结论:黄芪对MФ免疫功能有正向调节作用,对IL-2有双向调节作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective:Study the regulating action to the immune function of Milkvetch root, probe into its mechanism of regulating the immune function of organism. Method:Through irritating stomach Perfusing with medicine to set up immunity suppress models and determine the impact on macrophage cell , IL-2 of Milkvetch root . Result:The water-frying Liquid of Milkvetch root can strengthen little mouse macrophage cell of abdominal cavity engulf function of SRBC .Low hitting dosage can promote IL-2 turn into , high dosage Suppresses IL-2 to turn into. Conclusion:Milkvetch root is having the immune function of macrophage cell to the regulating action and two-way Regulating action to IL-2. |
