| 摘 要： | 目的探讨真空采血器与注射器两种采血方法的优缺点。方法真空采血组和注射器采血组各1020例,分析两种采血方法的一次性成功率、采血时间、标本合格率、操作台及操作者污染率。结果负压真空采血器优于注射器采血。结论真空采血器具有干净、安全、准确、快捷、可靠的优点,提高了实验数据的准确性,最大限度地避免了院内感染。

| Abstract: | Objective Comparedthemeritsanddemeritsbetweenthetwobloodcollectors.Methods Therewere two groups, one is vacuum blood collector group with 1 020 cases and the other is syringe group with 1 020 cases. One time success rate, blood collector time, sample acceptance rate and contamination rate of operation table and operator were compared between the two groups. Results Vacuum blood collector was better than syringe blood collector. Conclusion Vacuum blood collector had merits of clean, safety, accuracy, prompt and reliability to improve the accuracy of experimental data and avoid contamination effectively. |
