贵阳市某高校入学新生结核病体检结果分析

目的了解贵阳市某高校新入学本科生的结核病发病情况,为该高校搞好本科生结核病防控工作提供科学依据。方法对贵阳市某高校2016—2018年新入学本科生采用PPD试验和DR胸片进行结核病筛查后,到定点结核病医院进行肺部CT检查和咯痰病菌分离确诊,以SPSS 24.0软件和χ~2检验分析结核病检出情况。结果2016—2018年受检入学新生21 673人,PPD试验强阳性1 457人,DR胸片异常80人,确诊为活动性肺结核18人,其中:2016年受检入学新生7 667人,PPD试验强阳性517人,DR胸片异常13人,确诊为活动性肺结核4人;2017年受检入学新生6 790人,PPD试验强阳性634人,DR胸片异常20人,确诊为活动性肺结核5人;2018年受检入学新生7 216人,PPD试验强阳性306人,DR胸片异常47人,确诊为活动性肺结核9人。2016—2018年该校入学新生的活动性肺结核患者检出率分别为52.17/10万、73.64/10万和124.72/10万(χ^2=0.08[2017/2016],0.11[2018/2017],0.27[2018/2016],P>0.05)。结论贵阳市某高校2016—2018年入学新生均检出结核病患者,需要重视加强高校学生结核病的管理和防控工作。

Analysis of tuberculosis detections of physical examinations among registration freshmen in a university in Guiyang City

Objective To comprehensively understand the incidence of tuberculosis among registration freshmen in a university in Guiyang City, so as to provide the evidence for improving the prevention and control of tuberculosis. Methods The registration freshmen in a university from 2016 to 2018 were examined for tuberculosis by PPD skin test and DR chest film, then those suspected to be tuberculosis were diagnosed by CT examination and bacteria isolation in the designated tuberculosis hospital, and these data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 24.0 software and chi square test. Results From 2016 to 2018, a total of 21 673 freshmen had tuberculosis screening during the physical examination for registration, and among them, 1 457 were strongly positive in the PPD test, 80 were abnormal in the DR chest film, and 18 were diagnosed as active tuberculosis. In 2016, 2017, and 2018, there were respectively 7 667, 6 790 and 7 216 of registration freshmen who received the tuberculosis screening, and 517, 634 and 306 were PPD test strongly positive respectively, 13, 20 and 47 were abnormal in DR chest films respectively, and 4, 5 and 9 were diagnosed as active tuberculosis respectively, and the detection rates were 52.17/105, 73.64/105 and 124.72/105 respectively, and the differences were not significant (χ2=0.08 (2017/2016), 0.11 (2018/2017), and 0.27 (2018/2016) respectively, all P>0.05]. Conclusion Tuberculosis was detected in some of the registration freshmen in a university in Guiyang City from 2016 to 2018, so it is necessary to strengthen the management, prevention and control of tuberculosis in university students.
