地屈孕酮结合戊酸雌二醇对子宫内膜异位症患者激素水平及疼痛的影响

目的观察地屈孕酮结合戊酸雌二醇对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者激素水平及疼痛的影响。方法选择2018年3月—2019年2月我院治疗的EMs患者102例,将其应用随机数表法分为两组,均51例。对照组接受戈舍瑞林治疗,观察组则加用地屈孕酮、戊酸雌二醇治疗。比较两组治疗前后激素水平[促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及Kupperman评分。结果治疗前两组LH、FSH、VAS评分、Kupperman评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组LH(2.65±0.54)U/L、FSH(5.12±1.06)U/L、VAS评分(1.73±0.86)分、Kupperman评分(6.32±2.17)分均低于对照组的(4.94±0.87)U/L、(8.67±1.52)U/L、(3.06±1.10)分、(9.80±1.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EMs患者接受地屈孕酮、戊酸雌二醇治疗有利于缓解患者疼痛程度,改善激素水平,缓解低雌激素所致的各种症状。

Effects of dytrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate on hormone levels and pain in endometriosis patients

Objective To investigated the effects of dytrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate on hormone levels and pain in endometriosis (EMs) patients. Methods From March 2018 to February 2019, 102 patients with EMs treated in a hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with goserelin, while the trial group was treated with dytrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate. The hormone levels , visual analogue scale (VAS), and Kupperman score were investigated and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results Before the treatment, there were no significant differences between two groups in LH, FSH, VAS, and Kupperman score respectively (aa P>0.05). After the treatment, LH (2.65, 0.54) U/L, FSH (5.12-1.06) U/L, VAS score (1.73-0.86) and Kupperman score (6.32-2.17) of the trial group were lower than those of the control group respectively. and there were significant differences between two groups (all P<0.05). Conclusion The scheme of dytrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of the patients with EMs is beneficial to relieving the pain, improving the hormone level, and relieving various symptoms caused by low estrogen.
