曼月乐与安宫黄体酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的疗效比较

目的比较曼月乐与安宫黄体酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血(AUB)的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年12月-2018年11月收治的围绝经期AUB患者102例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组51例,观察组采取曼月乐治疗,对照组采取安宫黄体酮治疗,分析比较两组患者的相关指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.16%(47/51),相较于对照组的74.51%(38/51),差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=5.718,P=0.017)。观察组治疗后月经时间(4.07±1.03)少于对照组(5.76±0.64),观察组治疗后月经量(24.62±9.86)少于对照组(34.59±10.05),观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度(6.22±1.21)小于对照组(7.85±1.32),观察组治疗后血红蛋白水平(123.05±9.56)高于对照组(102.32±8.65),差异均具有统计学意义(t=9.953、t=5.057、t=6.501、t=11.483,P=0.000、P=0.000、P=0.000、P=0.000)。结论与安宫黄体酮治疗相比,曼月乐能有效改善围绝经期AUB患者临床症状,减少月经量,缩短月经时间,改善月经周期,提高治疗效果。

Comparison of efficacies of Manyue Le and medroxyprogesterone acetate (Angong progesterone) in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period

Objective To compare the clinical efficacies of Manyue Le and medroxyprogesterone acetate (Angong progesterone) in the treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB). Methods From December 2017 to November 2018, 102 patients with perimenopausal AUB were randomly divided into a trial group and a control group with 51 patients in each group. The trial group was treated with Manyue Le, and the control group was treated with Angong progesterone. The clinical efficacies and related indexes of the two groups were investigated, analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group (92.16% vs. 74.51%, χ2=5.718, P=0.017), and the menstrual time of the patients in the trial group after the treatment was significantly shorter than that in the control group . The menstrual volume of the patients in the trial group was less than that in the control group . The intimal thickness of the patients in the trial group was less than that in the control group . The hemoglobin level of the patients in the trial group was higher than that in the control group [(123.05±9.56) g vs., (102.32±8.65) g, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the Angong progesterone, Manyue Le can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the menstrual volume, shorten the menstrual time, improve the menstrual cycle, and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with perimenopausal AUB.
