| 摘 要： | 隐球菌脑膜炎常出现在免疫力低下的患者中,目前已成为全球重要的医疗问题。颅内压增高是其常见的并发症,作为预后不良的主要影响因素,如何监测、治疗此类疾病是临床关注的焦点。由于隐球菌脑膜炎病理生理机制的特点,药物等内科治疗手段难以取得满意的效果,通常需要有创操作的干预。本文总结了隐球菌脑膜炎并发颅内压增高的相关诊治进展。 |

| Abstract: | Cryptococcal meningitis(CM)is often seen in immunocompromised patients and has become a global health concern. Elevated intracranial pressure(ICP)is a common complication of CM and often leads to poor prognosis. Monitoring and management of ICP is an important task in CM patients. Invasive intervention is often needed for the elevated ICP in CM patients due to the pathophysiological features of this condition. This article review the recent progress in the diagnosis and treatment of elevated ICP in CM patients. |
