非住院患者用药监护体系的建设与应用

目的：提高药师门诊咨询工作质量,为非住院患者提供实时、精准、全程的用药指导,保障患者用药安全有效。方法：介绍非住院患者用药监护体系的各项功能,并评价其实践应用效果。结果：非住院患者用药监护体系的建设对于药师和患者都可以获益,并得到患者的高度认可。结论：非住院患者用药监护体系的建设可以提升服务质量,缓解医患矛盾,提高患者的用药依从性,使患者得到合理、经济和安全的药物治疗,提高患者满意度。

Construction and application of drug monitoring system for outpatients

OBJECTIVE To improve the quality of pharmacist consultation in outpatient department, and provide real-time, accurate and whole-process medication guidance for outpatients, so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication for patients.METHODS Weintroduced the functions of medication monitoring system for outpatients and evaluated its practical application effect.RESULTS The construction of drug monitoring system for outpatients couldboth pharmacists and patients, and was highly recognized by patients.CONCLUSION The construction of drug monitoring system for outpatients can improve the service quality, alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients, improve the medication compliance of patients, provide patients withreasonable, economic and safe drug treatment, thereby improving patient satisfaction.
