CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体在大面积牙体缺损修复中的应用

目的研究CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复后牙牙体大面积缺损的临床效果。方法选取2017年—2018年在我院进行后牙大面积缺损修复的患者48例,共52颗牙齿进行CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复,戴用3、6、12个月后分别对修复体进行临床效果评价及对患者满意度调查。结果临床检查结果显示40颗修复体中边缘适合性、解剖外形、表面质地、颜色匹配、邻面接触、继发龋、边缘变色A级指标均达到80%以上,其中邻面接触、解剖外形、表面质地、颜色匹配A级指标达90%以上,继发龋A级指标达到100%。结论后牙牙体大面积缺损通过CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复后取得了较好的临床效果,获得患者认可,并建议临床推广。

Application of CAD/CAM all-ceramic high-inlay in restoration of large area tooth defects

Objective To study the clinical effect of computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) all-ceramic high-inlay for repairing large area tooth defect. Methods A total of 48 patients with large posterior tooth defects treated in a hospital from 2016 to 2017 were selected, and 52 teeth were repaired with CAD/CAM all-porcelain high-inset. The improved United States of Public Health Service (USPHS) standard was used to evaluate the clinical effect of the prosthesis after 1 year wearing. Results The clinical examination showed that the Grade A indexes of marginal adaptation, anatomic shape, surface texture, color matching, proximal contact, secondary caries and discoloration in the 40 cases were all above 80%, among which the Grade A indexes of adjacent contact, anatomical shape, surface texture and color matching were above 90%, and the A-level indicators of secondary caries were 100%. Conclusion The large area defect of posterior teeth is repaired by CAD/CAM all-ceramic high-inset, and the good clinical effect is obtained, which is recognized by the patients and therefore, it is recommended for clinical promotion.
