摘    要:
目的 :研究DNA倍体、S期细胞比率 (SPF)在子宫内膜复合型增生、子宫内膜癌不同临床分期和病理分级中的变化并评价其临床意义。方法 :采用流式细胞术(FCM)测定 39例子宫内膜癌 ,8例复合型增生子宫内膜中DNA倍体和SPF的变化。结果 :DNA异倍体率和SPF在子宫内膜癌中高于复杂型增生子宫内膜 (P <0 0 1) ,晚期、低分化和深肌层浸润子宫内膜癌DNA异倍体率和SPF高于早期、高分化、浅肌层浸润子宫内膜癌。结论 :DNA异倍体率、S期细胞比率在子宫内膜癌的诊断和鉴别诊断、监测病情变化和评价预后方面有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the significance of DNA ploidy and S-phase fraction(SPF) in complex hyperplasia of the endometrium and different clinical stages and grades of endometrial carcinomas.Methods:DNA ploidy and SPF were detected in 39 cases of endometrial carcinoma,8 cases of complicated hyperplasia endometrium by flow cytometry.Results:Aneuploidy rate and SPF of the endometrial carcinoma were higher than that of complex hyperplasia of the endometrium.The aneuploidy rate and SPF in advanced stage,grade Ⅲ and deep myometrial invasion were significantly higher than that of the grade Ⅰ,non-myometrial invasion and stage Ⅰ of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusions:The aneuploidy rate and SPF may play as the parameters of the diagnosis,assessment of the progression and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
