小剂量米非司酮用于子宫内膜异位症术后治疗的疗效观察

目的探讨米非司酮用于子宫内膜异位症术后的治疗效果。方法选择子宫内膜异位症术后病例80例,采用自愿选择治疗方法,随机性分为两组,每组40人。治疗米非司酮组:自月经周期第一天开始口服,每日1次,每次12.5mg;内美通组:自月经第1天开始服用,3天后服用第2次,每周2次,每次2.5mg。疗程均为6个月。随访6～24个月。结果米非司酮组复发率为15.0%;内美通组复发率为17.5%。两组相比较,复发率无显著性差异(P<0.05)。米非司酮组体重增长率为7.5%,而内美通组则为92.5%;米非司酮组无一例出现肝功能异常,而内美通组出现肝功能异常率为40.0%,两组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症疼痛缓解机理可能为综合性,包括抗孕酮作用与无排卵状态,其疗效与内美通相似,都可使异位子宫内膜萎缩,疼痛缓解,但米非司酮的副作用明显减少。

Progress in Study on Small Dose Mifepristone to Treat Postoperative-endometriosis

OBJECTIVES To investigate the therapeutic effect of mifepristone. METHODS 80 patients suffers from Postoperative. Endometriosis were selected and divided random into two groups. The Mifepristone group(40 Patients)was administered tablets of Mifepristone 12.5 mg/day,whereas the Nemestran group was administered tablets of Nemestran 2.5 mg/week,for 6 months and followed up for 6~24 months. RESULTS For the Mifepristone group the recurrence rate was 15%.the Nemestran group was 17.5% respectively. The differences in therapeutic effects and recurrence rate between the about groups didn't have any statistic significance.The weight gain rate and abnormal rate of ALT of the Mifepristone group were 7.5% and 0% separately,the Nemestran group was 92.5%,40% respectively. The differences in the groups had obvious statistic significance. CONCLUSIONS Mifepristone was similar to Nemestran in the therapeutic effects on end omatriosis,but Mifepristone has fewer side effects.
