益眼明对青光眼视神经的保护作用

目的探讨益眼明口服液对眼压已控制的青光眼患者视神经的保护作用。方法选择有视野缺损、眼压控制在≤18mmHg的原发性开角型青光眼患者52例101眼,随机分为试验组27例53眼和对照组25例48眼。对照组仅用噻吗心胺滴眼液点眼,试验组同时应用噻吗心胺滴眼液点眼及益眼明口服液每日3次口服,连续用药12周;观察用药前后视力、眼底的变化,分别于用药后4、8、12周检测视野平均敏感度（MS）、平均缺损值（MD）和丢失方差（LV）等指标,并与其术前值进行比较。结果用药前后各时间点试验组和对照组视力及眼底均未见明显改变。试验组用药4周后患者视野MS值明显高于用药前,差异有统计学意义（t=4.009,P=0.000）;MD值明显低于用药前,差异有统计学意义（t=-2.587,P=0.013）。用药后8周,患者视野MS值明显高于用药前值,差异有统计学意义（t=8.848,P=0.000）;MD和LV值明显下降,差异均有统计学意义（t=-3.874,P=0.000;t=-2.868,P=0.006）。试验组用药12周后,MS值的升高、MD与LV的下降与用药前比较差异均有统计学意义（t=5.086,P=0.000;t=-2.580,P=0.013;t=-2.765,P=0.008）。结论益眼明口服液对原发性开角型青光眼患者的视神经有一定程度的保护作用。

Neuro-protective effects of yiyanming solution on visual function of glaucoma patient

Background Loss of retinal ganglion cells（RGCs）is a dominant feature of optic nerve in glaucoma.Our previous study showed that traditional Chinese herbs have a neuoprotective effect on RGCs.ObjectiveThis study was to evaluate the protective effect of yiyanming on optic nerve in glaucoma patient after controlled intraocular pressure（IOP）.Methods Fifty-two patients（101 eyes）suffered from primary open-angle glaucoma with visual field defect and IOP less than 18mmHg were enrolled in this survey.The patients were randomly assigned to the therapeutic group（n=53）and the control group（n=48）.Yiyanming solution 10 mL was administered orally three times per day for 12 weeks associated with the topical administration of in therapeutic group,and only was topically administered in the control group.The therapeutic effects of Yiyanming solution were assessed before treatment and at the end of the first,second,third month after treatment respectively.The changes of visual acuity,fundus and the mean defect（MD）,mean sensitivity（MS）and 1oss vafiance（LV）of perimetry were observed.Written informed consent was obtained from the patients at the initial of this trial.ResultsNo obvious changes were found in visual acuity and fundus in all patients after administration of Yiyanming in both groups.In the 4th week after treatment,the MS value was significantly elevated（t=4.009,P=0.000）,but the MD value was declined（t=-2.587,P=0.013）in comparison with before treatment.In the 8th week after treatment,the MS value was considerably increased（t=4.009,P=0.000）,but the MD and LV values were decreased（t=-3.874,P=0.000;t=-2.868,P=0.006）in comparison with before treatment in Yiyanming group.The rise of MS value,decline of MD and LV were statistically different after treatment versus before treatment（t=5.086,P=0.000;t=-2.580,P=0.013;t=-2.765,P=0.008）at the 12nd week in the therapeutic group.ConclusionYiyanming oral solution may have protective effect on visual function of primary glaucoma with controlable IOP in some extent.
