联合检测血清CA19-9,CA125,CEA对胃癌诊断价值

目的 :研究肿瘤标志物CA19-9,CA12 5 ,CEA对胃癌的诊断价值。方法 :用电化学发光法 (ECL)检测 2 8例胃癌患者和 70例胃良性疾病患者血清CA19-9,CA12 5 ,CEA ,并对其指标进行比较。结果 :胃癌患者CA19-9,CA12 5 ,CEA阳性率较高 ,分别为 46 .43% ,32 .14 % ,39.2 9% ,明显高于胃良性疾病组 ,且联合检测血清CA19-9,CA12 5 ,CEA可以将阳性率提高到 89.2 9%。结论 :联合检测血清CA19-9,CA12 5 ,CEA对胃癌有较高的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of combined determination of serum CA19-9 and CA125 and CEA in gastric carcinoma

Objective: It is to evaluate the diagnostic value of combined determination of serum CA19-9, CA125 and CEA in gastric carcinoma. Methods: CA19-9, CA125 and CEA of 98 cases which included 28 cases of gastric carcinoma and 70 cases of gastro benign diseases, were determined with electrical chemical luminometer (ECL). Results: The serum level of CA19-9, CA125 or CEA of gastric carcinoma was significant higher than that of gastro benign disease. Positive rate of CA19-9, CA125 or CEA of gastric carcinoma were respectively 46.43%, 32.14% and 39.29%. They were significant higher than that of gastro benign diseases. Combined determination of serum CA19-9, CA125 and CEA in gastic carcinoma could increase positive rate to 89.29%. Conclusion: Combined determination of serum CA19-9, CA125 and CEA in gastric carcinoma are helpful to diagnose gastric carcinoma.
