伤科黄水湿敷防护七叶皂甙钠致静脉损伤的效果观察

目的观察伤科黄水湿敷,防护七叶皂甙钠所致静脉损伤的效果。方法将120例接受七叶皂甙钠治疗的患者随机分成2组,实验组60例,穿刺成功后,在穿刺点以上5~15cm处加用消毒伤科黄水纱湿敷,输液完毕去掉;对照组60例,采用常规输液方法。2种方法进行比较,了解用伤科黄水湿敷在防护方面的作用。结果2组间的静脉损伤程度、静脉炎的发生率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论伤科黄水湿敷预防七叶皂甙钠致静脉损伤效果显著,有效地解除了因治疗给患者带来的痛苦,同时避免治疗隐忧。

Observation on the effect of wet dressing of Trauma Yellow-water on the prevention of vein injury from reparil

Objective To explore the effect of wet dressing of Trauma Yellow-water on the prevention of vein injury from reparil. Methods 120 patients were divided into two groups. The experiment group (60 patients) accepted the local use of Trauma Yellow-water gauze for protection at the regions 5 to 15 cm above the puncture point after the successful puncture, and threw it after the completion of transfusion. Other 60 patients as the control group used the traditional method. The curative effects between the two groups were compared so as to know the preventive effect of wet dressing of Trauma Yellow-water. Results There were significant differences in the extent of vein injury and the incidence rate of phlebitis (P<0.01). Conclusions Trauma Yellow-water gauze is effective on the prevention of vein injury from reparil. It can availably relieve the sufferings of patients that brings because of the treatment, and avoid the secret worry of treatment.
