| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法 对66例腺性膀胱炎患者行经尿道汽化电切及膀胱药物灌注治疗。结果 随访6～36个月，平均18个月，其中治愈60例，6例12～18个月内复发。结论 经尿道电切汽化术加膀胱药物灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎的首选办法，该法既可以消除临床症状，又可以预防复发和恶变。 |

Clinical study of cystitis gandularis ( a report of 66 cases ) |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods 66 cases were treated with transurethral electrovaporization and bladder instillation of medicine.Results All 66 cases were followed up for 6-36 months on an average of 18 months.60 cases were cured and 6 cases recurred 12-18 months after treatment.Conclusion Transurethral electrovaporization combined with bladder instillation of medicine is the top priority in treating cystitis glandularis,which can eliminate the symptom and prevent recurrence and canceration. |
