我院531例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:通过对2006年上报到省和国家ADR监测中心的531份ADR报告表进行分析,了解ADR发生的特点和规律,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用Excel电子表,按患者性别、年龄、药品种类、给药途径、ADR临床表现等进行筛选分析。结果:发生ADR涉及的药品以抗微生物药物最多,以静脉给药方式为主;ADR发生的系统器官以皮肤及其附件的损害最多,其次是消化系统损害等。结论:加强ADR监测,减少ADR的发生,促进合理用药。

Analysis of 531 Adverse Drug Reaction Reports

Objective:To analyse the 531 ADR reports of our hospital in 2006,and to explore the characteristics and laws of ADR of our hospital,so as to promote rational drug use in the clinic.Methods:By means of Excel table and manual filtration and according to the patients' sexes,ages,drug varieties,administering methods and clinical presentations, the reports of statistical analysis were made.Results:The antimicrobial drugs are the most drugs associated with ADR and the main route of administration is the injection in vein;ADRs are mainly skin reactions and the second ADRs are about a digestive system.Conclusion:Strengthening ADR monitoring to reduce the occurrence of ADRs may ensure the rational use of drugs.
