Ethical analysis of transgenic organ transplant

The short supply of organ donator has been an international tough problem puzzled organ transplantation class. Implantation of animal organ into human's body frequently leads to rejection.If implantation of human gene into the animal's body for incubation and obtain the transgenic organ and then implants into the human body,which will lessen the rejection. Transgenic organ transplantation is the important sign of medical science making for Hi-Tech development, but it still encounters with various problems.We analyze the ethical problems caused by transgenic organ transplantation and try to explore the ethical principles of transgenic organ transplantation,which will provide clinical application of the technology with important realistic guideline.
