| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical effect of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteric calculi.Methods 76 cases of ureteric calculi in patients,who were adopted Pneumatic lithotripsy,from March 2008 to December 2010,were analyzed retrospectively.Results 73 cases were treated success,the success rate was 96.1%.Operative time was 16~104 min,the average was 45 min,Operative blood loss volume was 5.0~80 mL,the average volume was 22 mL.70 cases were followed up for 2 to 6 months,an average of 4.3 months,No residual stones,no ureteral stenosis and urethral stricture.Conclusion Ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy with invasive,safe,reliable,high row of stone,might be an effective method for ureteric calculi. |
