| 摘 要： | 目的：观察透刺配合电针、理疗、闪罐、按摩治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法：选取周围性面神经麻痹患者78例,透刺主穴根据患者个体差异配合配穴进行电针、理疗、闪罐、按摩治疗,7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：78例患者痊愈60例,显效15例,有效3例,总有效率100%。结论：透刺配合电针、理疗、闪罐、按摩治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating peripheral facial paralysis with combined acupuncture and electro-acupuncture,physiotherapy,flash tank,massage therapy.Method：78 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were selected and treated with combined acupuncture in the barbed main points or the distribution points according to the individual differences of patients and electro-acupuncture,physical therapy,flash tank,massage therapy,7 days for a course of treatment and effects were observed after 2 courses.Result：60 cases were cured,15 cases were significantly effective,3 cases were effectual,the total efficiency was 100%.Conclusion：Treating peripheral facial paralysis with combined acupuncture and electro-acupuncture,physiotherapy,flash tank,massage therapy has significant clinical effect and worthy of promotion. |
