消痹灵胶囊对骨性关节炎家兔血清及关节液中IL-1、TNF-α和NO的影响

目的探讨消痹灵胶囊对家兔血清及关节液中白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和一氧化氮（NO）的影响。方法将32只健康雄性新西兰长耳大白兔随机分为消痹灵胶囊组、壮骨关节丸组、模型对照组、空白对照组。将家兔右腿膝关节伸直,用石膏外周管形固定1圈,使其右侧膝关节不能活动,制造家兔膝关节骨性关节炎模型。从关节固定第2周开始给药,直至第9周后停止石膏固定及给药。在造模第3、6、9周分别测定家兔血清及关节液中IL-1、TNF-α及NO含量变化。结果消痹灵胶囊能减轻实验家兔血清和关节液中IL-1、TNF-α和NO的含量,较壮骨关节丸组及模型对照组的差异均有统计学意义。结论消痹灵胶囊有助于改善骨内微循环,降低骨内压;抑制免疫因子反应,减轻软骨基质的降解;抑制关节软骨降解酶,延缓软骨退变。

Effect of Xiaobiling Capsule on IL-1, TNF-α and NO of Serum and Joint Fluid in Rabbits with Osteoarthritis

Objective：To observe the effect of Xiaobiling Capsule on IL-1,TNF-α and NO of serum and joint fluid in rabbits with osteoarthritis.Methods：32 rabbits were randomly divided into the Xiaobiling Capsule group,the Zhuangguguanjie Pill group,the model control group and the blank control group.The model was made by the gesso to rivet rabbits＇ right knee joints.After being used this drug,these changes including IL-1,NO and TNF-α were examined respectively at the 3rd,the 6th and the 9th week.Results：These contents such as IL-1,NO and TNF-α in the serum and the joint fluid were decreased by the Xiaobiling Capsule.There were some statistical differences among the Xiaobiling Capsule group,the Zhuangguguanjie Pill group and the model control group.Conclusion：Xiaobiling Capsule is useful to improve the blood-circulation,lighten osseous decrease,slower cartilage degradation,inhibit joint cartilage degradation enzyme and delay cartilage degeneration..
