| 摘 要： | 目的 评价复方麝香注射液对小儿先心病术后白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和性激素水平的影响.方法 择期行心肺转流(CPB)下小儿先心病矫治术60例,随机均分为三组,在停用全麻药后开始静脉泵注低剂量复方麝香注射液组(A组,0.5 ml/kg)、高剂量复方麝香注射液组(B组,1.0ml/kg)和生理盐水组(C组,1.0 ml/kg).分别观察术前10 min、术后第1天、术后第4天的IL-2(IL-2)、性激素(E2、Toe、PRL)水平.结果 与C组相比,A、B组术后第4天的IL-2水平降低,雌二醇及泌乳素水平升高(P＜0.05),睾酮水平差异无统计学意义.结论 复方麝香注射液可降低小儿先心病术后早期IL-2水平,维持泌乳素及雌二醇水平.
