老年复发性脑梗死患者超敏C反应蛋白的相关性研究

目的探讨血清超敏CRP（hs—CRP）的水平与老年脑梗死复发的危险因素的关系。方法收取复发性脑梗死患者血液标本92例，稳定期脑梗死患者81例，同期健康体检者血液标本95例作对照（对照组），比较3组间血清超敏CRP水平之间的差异。结果复发性脑梗死组hs—CRP水平明显高于稳定期脑梗死组和正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血清hs—CRP水平与脑梗死复发密切相关，提示血清hs—CRP水平的检测在复发性脑梗死的诊断中有较好的临床应用价值。

The correlation between relapse of cerebral infarction and hypersensitive c-reactive protein in elderly patients

Objective To evaluate relationship between the level of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and the risk factors of relapse of cerebral infarction in elderly patients. Methods This study included 92 patients in relapse stage of cerebral infarction, 81 patients in stable stage, and 95 healthy persons as normal control. The differences of the serum CRP level were compared among the three groups. Results The levels of hs-CRP in the group of the relapse stage of cerebral infarction were obviously higher than those in the groups of the stable stage and the normal control with significant differences by statistic analysis （P〈0.05）. Conelusions The level of the serum hs-CRP is related to the recurrence of cerebral infarction. It indicates that the serum hs-CRP is a useful diagnostic mark in the recurrence of cerebral infarction disease.
