星状神经节阻滞治疗寻常性痤疮的临床报告

目的探讨星状神经节阻滞对寻常性痤疮的治疗效果。方法寻常性痤疮42例,按疗程应用星状神经节阻滞,注射1%利多卡因10 ml,每日1次,10次为1疗程,观察痤疮的变化及阻滞时的并发症。结果全组总有效率为97.6%（41/42例）,显效率为71.4%（30/42例）,有效率为26.2%（11/42例）,无效率为2.4%（1/42例）。星状神经节注射时有35例（83.3%）肩胛区疼痛,3例阻滞后咽喉有梗阻感,2例臂丛神经被阻滞,2例一过性声音嘶哑。结论星状神经节阻滞对寻常性痤疮有肯定的治疗效果,是一种副作用小、且安全简便易行的治疗方法。

Treatment of acne vulgaris with stellate ganglion block

Objective To investigate the effects of stellate ganglion block for the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Forty-two adult patients were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated by stellate ganglion block with 1 % lidocaine 10 ml everyday, 10 times per course. The therapeutic efficacy and complication during block were measured. Results The total effective rate was 97.6% （41/42 cases）, the excellent rate was 71.4 G （30/42 cases）, the effective rate was 26.2 % （ 11/42 cases）, and the unefficiency rate was 2.4 % （1/42 cases）. During blocking 35 patients （83.3 % ）revealed radiate pain in scapula area,throat obstraction feeling in three case,brachial plexus blocked in two ca ses and a transient hoarseness in two cases. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of stellate ganglion block for acne vulgaris is definite.
