酸性氧化电位水在小白鼠腹膜炎中的治疗作用及毒性观察

摘    要: 目的观察酸性氧化电位水(Electrolyzed oxidizing water,EOW)对大肠杆菌所致小白鼠腹膜炎的治疗作用及毒性.方法实验分酸性氧化电位水毒性测定组和治疗观察组,治疗组小鼠用大肠杆菌0136K:78经腹腔接种后,制作腹膜炎模型,然后采用不同的pH值(pH 2.5,pH 2.7,pH 3.0,pH4.0),氧化还原电位(ORP)为950~1 150mV的酸性氧化电位水对小鼠腹膜炎进行治疗及毒性作用观察.结果4组不同pH值酸性氧化电位水治疗小鼠腹膜炎均有一定的作用,小白鼠存活率分别是:pH 2.5为83.3%,pH2.7为95.8%,pH 3.0为75.0%,pH4.0为58.3%.结论酸性氧化电位水作为一种替代的抗菌消毒剂,对于杀灭大肠杆菌和治疗小鼠腹膜炎具有一定的作用,在尿毒症患者腹膜透析过程中,是否可以替代抗菌素防治感染有待进一步研究.

Abstract:Objective To study the effectiveness of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) in treatment of mice with peritonitis and its toxicity.Methods The mice were divided into four groups treated with EOW of different pH (pH2.5,2.7,3.0 and 4.0 ) with oxydation reduction potentials ranging from 950 to 1150 mV. The mouse model with peritonitis was developed by injecting bacillus coli 0136K:78, and then the therapeutic effect and toxicity of EOW were observed.Results Varying therapeutic eifects were found in the four groups:the survival rates of mice were 83.3% in pH 2.5 EOW group,95.8% in pH 2.7 EOW group,75.0% in pH 3.0 EOW group, and 58.3% in pH 4.0 EOW group; the pH 2.7 EOW group had the highest survival rate. Conclusions EOW is an effective antibacterial agent in killing bacillus coli and treating mouse peritonitis. Whether it can be used for preventing and treating infection in peritoneal dialysis uremic patients needs further study.
