腰椎滑脱椎弓根系统与椎间融合器治疗的临床分析

目的探讨椎弓根系统与椎间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱症的手术要点和临床效果。方法我院自2008年6月至2010年6月共收治腰椎滑脱患者32例,采用椎弓根系统与椎间融合器治疗方法,比较手术前后临床疗效料。结果所有患者均无融合器塌陷、松动、移位,无明显丢失,无椎弓根螺钉松动、断钉、断棒,无一例病例症状复发。按Nakai评分标准,优21例,良8例,可2例,差1例,优良率为93.75%。结论采用椎弓根系统与椎间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱症能显著改善患者临床症状,复位满意,固定牢靠,并发症少。

Lumbar Olisthe Pedicle System and Between Vertebra Fusion Device Therapy of Analysis

Objective To investigate the vertebral pedicle system and the treatment of lumbar olisthe between fusion device disorders of the operation points and clinical effect.Methods Our hospital.all June 2008 until June 2010 patients with a total lumbar olisthe 32 cases with pedical system and integration between vertebra is compared before and after operation treatment,clinical curative effect of material.Results All patients were no fusion device subsidence,loose,displacement,no noticeable loss,no pedicle screws looseness and screw breakage,broken bar,no 1 cases reoccurred.Press Nakai evaluation criterion,optimal 21 cases ＂good＂ in 8 cases,2 cases,poor,1 case for 93.75% dykes.Conclusion With pedicle system and between vertebra fusion device therapy lumbar olisthe disease can markedly improve the clinical symptoms,reset satisfaction,fixed firm,less complications.
