| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of nursing safety management,so as to avoid nursing risks and ensure nursing safety. Methods The specific measures were carried out included strengthening safely knowledge training,identifying safety goals and responsibilities ,developing Handbook of Nursing Safety Management, choosing special security administrators,taking continuous quality improvement measures, establishing supervision and incentive mechmllsms. Results Comprehensive ntwsing quality was increased,and the incidence of nursing defects was decreased,and the degree of nurses＇satisfaction was improved. All the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion The serious methods of nursing safety management can avoid nursing risk and ensure nursing safety. |
