胫骨平台复杂骨折手术治疗的临床体会

目的总结胫骨平台复杂骨折的临床特征及手术方法治疗的临床效果、体会。方法选择从2008年1月至2009年1月本院收治的56例胫骨平台复杂骨折患者,根据Schatzker分型予以不同内固定治疗,骨缺损者同时给予植骨。结果 56例全部获得随访,随访时间为0.5～2.0年,均骨折骨性愈合,无内固定物松动。采用Rasmussen评分标准评定临床疗效：总分30分,结果优（≥27分）30例,良（26～20分）18例,可（19～10分）7例,差（9～0分）1例,优良率85.71%。结论胫骨平台复杂骨折一般要求进行手术治疗,根据不同分型选择合适的手术时机和手术方法进行内固定治疗,以及术后进行的康复锻炼都是提高胫骨平台复杂骨折临床疗效的重要因素。

Tibial Plateau Fracture of Surgical Treatment of Complex Clinical Experience

Objective To summarize the complex tibial plateau fracture of the clinical characteristics and the clinical effects of surgical treatments,experience.Methods From January 2008 to January 2009 56 cases of our hospital complex tibial plateau fractures were to be different according to Schatzker classification and internal fixation,bone graft were also given.Results 56 patients were followed up from 0.5 to 2.0 years,all fractures healed and no loosening of internal fixation.Rasmussen assessed using clinical scoring criteria： score 30 points,the results excellent （≥ 27 points） 30 cases, good （26～20） 18 cases,Can （19～10） 7 cases,and poor （9～0） 1 case, good rate of 85.71%.Conclusion The complex tibial plateau fractures usually require surgery,depending on the type select the appropriate timing of surgery and surgical methods of internal fixation,and postoperative rehabilitation exercises are conducted to improve complex tibial plateau fracture efficacy of the important factors.
