中药咳喘鼻闻安挥发油化学成分的研究

目的研究中药鼻闻剂"咳喘鼻闻安"的挥发性成分.方法用乙醚渗漉提取其中脂溶性成分,进行GC-MS连用分析;碱液萃取乙醚提出物中非挥发性脂肪酸,进行GC-MS成分分析.结果从中分离出51种成分,初步鉴定出22种化合物,其相对百分含量用色谱峰面积归一法进行了测定.结论咳喘鼻闻安的乙醚提取物含有90.2%的亚油酸以及单萜、倍半萜及其含氧衍生物.从这些挥发油中检出其中含有的镇咳、祛痰、抗茵的多种活性成分和可进行定性定量的特征峰.

Chemical compositions of volatile oils in Ke Chuan Bi Wen An

OBJECTIVE To investigate the volatile oils of Ke Chuan Bi Wen An. METHODS GC-MS was used to analyze the compositions extracted by ethyl ether and the compositions from which fatty acids were removed by alkaline solution. RESULTS Fifty-one components were separated and 22 of them were identified. Relative percent of the a-mount of the medicine was determined by normalization method. CONCLUSIONS The tranditional Ke Chuan Bi Wen An was composed of 90. 2% linoleic acid and monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenoids and their derivatives containing oxygen. Some bioactive components with antibacterial action, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough have been detected.
