国人下颌孔位置的观测及其临床意义

湖北地区收集的下颌骨400个,对下颌孔、下颌小舌、下颌孔中心至各缘的距离,进行了观察和测量。下颌孔的确切位置不是在下颌支内侧面的中点,而是在中点的后上方。并提出了阻滞麻醉下牙槽神经时,进针处的有关标志。

AN OBSERVATION AND MEASUREMENT OF IOCATION OF THE FORAMEN MANDIBULARE

The writers collected 400 dry adult intact mandibulae from Hubei region (300, male; 100, female) and took careful observation and measurement of foramen mandibulae and lingula mandibulae. The results were as follows: 1. The shape of foramen mandibulae could be classified into two types: Oval, circular. The oval form accounted for 78.8％ of male and 68.0％ of female, the circular took second place. 2. The size of foramen mandibule: The averagesize was 3.37mm in male and 3.58mm in female in the transverse diameter, and 3.74mm in male and 3.63mm in female in the vevtical diameter. 3. The shape of lingula mandibulae could be classified into three types: acute angle, disappearance and fork. The Percealages were as follows: acute angle. disappearance fork male 47.0±2.04％ 34.8 + 1.94％ 18.2 + 1.57％ female 43.5±3.5％ 38.0±4.89％ 18.5 ±1.97％ 4. The place of the foramen mandibulae: The measurement was made from the center of foramen mandibulae to inferior margin of mandibulae, incisura mandibulae, anterior and posterior margin of ramus mandibulae. The results have proved that the foramen mandibulae is not situated on the central point of medial surface of ramus mandibulae, but slightly on the post-superior or the central point.
