| 摘 要： | 目的了解临沂市卫生系统工作人员的吸烟状况。方法采用现场随机抽样方法,通过问卷调查,对临沂市12个县区卫生系统的在职工作人员进行摸底调查。结果共收回有效问卷4866份。参加戒烟大赛者1052人,总吸烟率为23.45%,男性(52.22%)显著高于女性(0.81%);其中,市、县、乡镇三级机构的男性吸烟率分别为49.85%、51.29%、55.03%,女性吸烟率分别为0.60%、0.81%、0.97%;吸烟者初始吸烟年龄平均为21.8岁,有低龄化趋势;平均每天吸烟量为16支;参加戒烟大赛者中有64.93%的人曾尝试戒烟。结论临沂市卫生系统控烟工作面临巨大挑战,需采取有效措施给予控制,使其对社会的烟草控制起到表率和支持作用。 |
