| 摘 要： | 目的 研究血清B细胞激活因子(BAFF)与其同源类似物TNF家族增殖诱导配体(APRIL)在原发性干燥综合征(pSS)中的临床意义.方法 采用ELISA法分别检测38例pss确诊患者和40名正常健康体检者的血清BAFF、APRIL水平,比较两者关系及其与pSS患者临床指标的相关性.结果 pSS的血清BAFF明显高于健康对照组[(7.10±4.06)ng/ml vs.(3.72±1.09)rig/ml,P＜0.O1],血清APRIL也高于健康对照组[(26.37±16.18)ng/ml vs.(16.33±15.61)ng/ml,P＜0.05];且血清BAFF与pSS患者血清IgG浓度(r=0.504,P＜0.01),血沉(r=0.513,P＜0.05),总球蛋白水平(r=0.454,P＜0.05),抗核抗体(ANA)滴度(r=0.448,P＜0.05)明显相关,血清APRIL与血沉(r=0.427,P＜0.05)、唇腺淋巴细胞灶数(r=0.446,P＜0.05)呈一定程度相关性,两者均与外周血wBC、Pit计数呈负相关(P＜0.05);血清BAFF与APRIL水平呈正相关(r=0.578,P＜0.01).结论 pSS患者血清BAFF和APRIL水平异常增高,且与临床指标血清IgG浓度、血沉、唇腺淋巴细胞灶数等相关,提示BAFF和APRIL可能参与pSS的发病过程. |
