小青龙汤和麻黄汤抗组胺作用

目的利用组胺皮肤试验了解中药抗组胺机理,比较中西药抗组胺作用的异同。方法将45例健康志愿者分为小青龙汤组,麻黄汤组,氯雷他定组和安慰剂组,各组在用药前及用药后2,5,24h进行不同浓度的组胺皮肤试验,皮试后15min观察并记录风团及红晕的面积,绘制剂量-反应曲线。结果风团和红晕面积比较,小青龙汤、麻黄汤组服药后2,5,24h和服药前差异无显著性(P>0.05)。氯雷他定组服药后2,5,24h和服药前差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤和麻黄汤不能直接抑制组胺,而可能是抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒作用,减少组胺的分泌。

Antihistamine Action of Small - blue - dragon Decoction and Mahuang Decoction

Objective To investigate the antihistamine mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine by histamine-skin experiments and to campare the effective similarities and differences between the Chinese herbal medicine and the western medicine. Method The 45 healthy volunteers were divided into 4 groups:Small-blue-dragon Decoction group,Mahuang Decoction group,loratadine group and placebo group. In each group,histamine skin tests (histamine concentrations with 20.0 , 7.3 , 2.7 , 1.0 mmol/L ) were performed before treatment and after treatment for 2,5,24 hours. 15 minutes later,after skin tests,wheal and flare areas were measured,the AUDRC ( area under dose-response curve, AUDRC) were drawed. Result Compared with pre-administration,the wheal and flare areas have no significant difference in Small-blue-dragon Decoction group and Mahuang Decoction group (P > 0.05),while loratadine group shows a highly significant treatment efficacy(P < 0.05). Conclusion Probably the Chinese herbal medicine is to repress the mastocyte taking off the grain function and to reduce histamine secretion sequentially.
