带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床研究

带状疱疹后遗神经痛是带状疱疹皮肤损害痊愈4～6周后常见的后期并发症,好发于老年人,以持续性疼痛或痛觉过敏为主要临床特征,发病周期长,严重影响患者的日常生活。其发病机制目前尚未完全清楚,主要涉及中枢和周围神经病变。目前临床没有确切的治疗方法,主要在于缓解患者的痛苦,如全身药物疗法、局部疗法、神经阻滞以及中医疗法。本文对近年来带状疱疹后遗神经痛在临床上的研究进展予以综述。

Clinic Studies of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Postherpetic neuralgia（PHN） is the common complications of herpes zoster four to six weeks after it cured. It is almost occurred in the elderly people, which is characterized by persistent pain or hyperalgesia clinically and has a long pathogenesis cycle, that affect the daily lives of patients seriously. It is not yet entirely clear about the mechanism pathogenesis of PHN, which is mainly involving the central and peripheral neuropathy. And there is no precise clinical treatment to the disease up to now, relief the pain of patients is mainly service that the physicians always give, there is the systemic drug therapy, local therapy, nerve block therapy, ,as well as the our Chinese medicine therapy. In this review we will give a report about the clinical research of postherpetic neuralgia in recent years.
