突发性聋的治疗与健康教育

突发性耳聋是耳鼻咽喉科最常见的急症之一,患者常出现耳鸣、眩晕和耳闭塞感等症状,听力于数小时或数日内严重减弱甚至丧失,对患者的生活造成困扰.虽然目前发病机制尚未完全明确,但临床治疗日益完善,有效的健康教育可以提高患者对疾病的认知,改善焦虑抑郁等情绪状况,提升自我效能,促进听力恢复.

Progress in health education of sudden deafness

Sudden deafness is one of the most common emergencies in the department of otolaryngology.Patients often have tinnitus,vertigo,ear distension and other symptoms,and their hearing is severely weakened or even lost within a few hours or days,causing troubles to patients'life.Although the pathogenesis has not been completely defined,clinical treatment has been increasingly improved.Effective health education can improve patients'cognition of the disease,improve anxiety,depression and other emotional conditions,enhance self-efficacy,and promote hearing recovery.
