| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效及对幽门螺旋杆菌的影响。方法:选择消化性溃疡患者80例,随机分成中西医治疗组40例,单纯西医组40例,以胃镜检查溃疡情况、幽门螺旋杆菌快速尿素酶试验为主要观察指标。结果:中西医结合组治疗8周后复查胃镜提示溃疡愈合率为95%,快速尿素酶试验阴性率为92.5%;单纯西医组治疗8周后胃镜提示溃疡愈合率为75%,快速尿素酶试验阴性率为62.5%。中西医组和单纯西药组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡具有确切的疗效。 |
