尿激酶胸腔内注入后当次抽液治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液

目的 探讨尿激酶胸腔内注入治疗包裹性胸腔积液，注药后当次抽液的疗效。方法55例结核性网状粘连包裹性胸腔积液患者分为两组。治疗组28例在胸腔内注入尿激酶后10min内即抽液，对照组27例在胸腔内注入尿激酶2～3d后抽液。结果两组患者注药后首次抽液量、治疗后抽液总量无显著差异，但治疗组所需的注药次数、胸穿次数、胸水吸收时间显著少于时照组。治疗后B超测胸膜厚度两组无明显差异。结论胸腔内注入尿激酶后，短时间内（10min）即可达到很好的治疗胸膜粘连、包裹的作用，当次抽液较常规的注药2～3d后抽液有一定优势。

Treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion by intrapleural cavity injection of urokinase
