寰枢关节不稳对颈椎生理曲度的影响及临床意义

目的：探讨寰枢关节不稳对颈椎生理曲度的影响及临床意义。方法收集109例寰枢关节不稳患者和96例健康患者的正侧位、开口位和侧屈开口位X线片，采用Borden 氏法测量患者X线片的颈椎生理曲度，分析对比两组寰枢关节不稳与颈椎生理曲度改变的相关性。结果经过统计学比较两组间具有显著性的差异（P〈0.05），寰枢关节不稳患者中不同年龄段颈椎生理曲度变直的发生率具有明显的差异（P〈0.05），30～49岁发生率最高，与其它年龄段相比具有非常显著性的差异（P〈0.01）。结论寰枢关节不稳与颈椎生理变直具有一定的相关性。

The influence of atlantoaxial instability on cervical curvature and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the influence of atlantoaxial instability on cervical curva-ture and its clinical significance. Methods 109 patients with atlantoaxial instability and 96 healthy people were selected,they were examined by the X-ray film of cervical anteroposterior and lateral view,open mouth and titled left and right view.The cervical curvature was measured by Borden＆#39;s method on the X-ray films.Then, the relationship between atlantoaxial instability and changes of cervical curvature was analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of change of cervical curvature had significant differences in different age groups that with atlantoaxial instability （P〈0.05）,and it was highest in the age group from 30 to 49 years old. Conclusion The atlantoaxial instability is correlated with the changes of cervical curvature.
