玄明膏外敷治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿疼痛50例

目的：观察玄明膏外敷治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿和疼痛的临床疗效.方法：将100例混合痔术后的病人随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,分别采用玄明膏及马应龙麝香膏外敷患者肛门处,两组均每日用药1次,治疗期间观察7天,观察术后患者肛门水肿消退和疼痛缓解情况.结果：玄明膏治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿和疼痛疗效显著,缩短患者治疗时间.结论：玄明膏用于混合痔术后预防水肿和缓解疼痛效果明显,疗效确切.

50 Cases of Anal Edema and Pain Postoperative Mixed Hemorrhoids Topic Treatment with Matrii Cream

Objective ：To explore the clinical effects of anal edema and pain after operation mixed hemorrhoids topic treatment with matrii cream. Methods ： 100 cases of mixed hemorrhoids after operation were randomly divided into control groups and treatment groups 50 ca- ses respectively,external applitiation in anus with natrii cream and musk oimtment and once daily for two groups,Tdays of observation. Observed the change of anal edema and pain. Results： There was a significant efficacy in treatent the anal edema and pain after oprera- tion mixed hemorrhoids with matrii cream and shorten the treatment time. Conclution：The effect is obvious and exact in prevention of e- dema and relieve pain in the postoperative mixed hemorrhoids with matrii cream.
