摘 要: | 目的 探讨合理管理并提高不同层次实习护生沟通能力的有效方法.方法 采用护生护患沟通能力评价量表,对每位实习护生的临床操作技能及与患者的沟通能力分别打分,同时请患者及其家属根据自身的感受对各实习护生进行打分.结果 本科、专科和中专3个不同层次实习护生,与患者及其家属的沟通能力有明显统计学差异(P<0.01).中专实习护生被投诉的比率明显比本科和专科实习护生高(P<0.01).结论 应采取有效的措施管理实习护生,并将护患沟通作为实习护士的出科考核内容,提高实习护生的沟通能力.

Abstract: | Objective To explore effective ways to improve the quality of care and clinical teaching. Methods Using nurse-patient communication competence rating scale for nursing specialty students, and giving a score according to the patients' and their families' attitude. Results Among undergraduate, college and secondary school in 3 different lev- els of practice nurses, there are statistically significant differences about the ability of communicating with patients and their families (P〈0.01). Conclusion Teachers should take effective measures to manage practice nurses and to make nurse and patient communication as the examination content to help patients' recovery. |
