PRL-3在喉癌组织中的表达及与MVD的相关性

目的探讨PRL-3在喉癌组织中的表达及与MVD的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法及高倍镜检测定65例喉鳞状细胞癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织PRL-3表达及MVD计数。结果喉癌组织和癌旁组织各65例，PRL-3阳性分别为44例和6例，阳性率分别为67．69％、9．23％，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．001）。不同分化程度、TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移组PRL-3阳性率及MVD计数之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。PRL-3阳性及MVD计数均与病理分化程度呈负相关（P〈0．05）。PRL-3表达与MVD计数呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论PRL-3在喉鳞状细胞癌组织高表达并与恶性肿瘤浸润和转移有关，可作为新的肿瘤标志物监控喉鳞状细胞癌进展。

The expression of phosphatase of regenerating liver-3 and its correlation with microvessel density in laryngeal carcinoma tissue

Objective To investigate expression and correlation of phosphatase of regenerating liver-3(PRL-3) and MVD in laryngeal carcinoma.Methods Though Immunohistochemical staining and microscopic detecting the expression PRL-3 and MVD count of 65 cases in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma cancer tissue.Results Laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissues each of 65 cases,PRL-3 were 44 positive cases and 6 cases,the positive rate each was 67.69%,9.23%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).PRL-3 positive rate and MVD count among different degree of differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis rate were significantly(P < 0.05).PRL-3 positive rate and MVD counts were negatively correlated with pathological differentiation(P < 0.05).PRL-3 expression and MVD count was positively correlated(P < 0.05).Conclusion PRL-3 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is high expression and related to invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors,could be used as a new tumor marker monitoring progress of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
