早期心理干预对晚期肿瘤患者心理及生活状态的影响

目的 探讨早期心理干预措施对晚期肿瘤患者心理状态,治疗依从性及生活质量的影响.方法 156例晚期肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和干预组.对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予心理干预;比较两组患者心理状态、治疗依从性和生活质量评分.结果 干预组抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）.干预组患者在生活质量总评分提高,其中在饮食、精神、睡眠、疲乏、对癌症的认识及对治疗的态度等方面评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 早期心理干预对晚期肿瘤患者在心理状态、治疗依从性、生活质量上能起到明显改善作用.

Effects of early psychological interventions for patients with advanced cancer on psychological status and quality of life

Objective To explore the effects of early psychological interventions for patients with advanced cancer on psychological status, treatment compliance and quality of life. Methods 156 cases of advanced cancer patients were randomly divided into control and intervention groups. Control group received usual care. Besides usual care, the patients of intervention group were given psychological intervention care ; Scores of the two groups of patients in psychological state, treatment compliance and quality of life are evaluated respectively. Results Intervention group Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） scores were significantly decrease than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Patients in the intervention group overall quality of life scores were significantly improved. Compared with control group, the scores of the patients of intervention group in the diet, spiritual, sleep, fatigue, awareness of cancer and the attitude to treatment were significantly increased respectively （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Early psychological intervention may be play a significant role in improving the psychological state, treatment compliance, quality of life for advanced cancer patients.
